Our Offerings
Spiritual Direction
One on one and group direction available at no cost to mercy justice practitioners and ministries. *Limited individual and group direction available at cost of individual or group for others interested in engaging this practice in their lives.
Strategic Support
Fee for service offerings to support the work of mercy and justice in communities. Consulting in the areas of fundraising, board development and growth, and organizational strategic planning. Speaking engagements including but not limited to preaching, chapel engagements, conference, or organizational leadership settings.
Soul Care
Partnering with practitioners to identify practical supports and working to eliminate barriers. This could include retreat support, Rule of Life discernment and implementation, sabbatical preparation and planning, or referrals to clinical partners.

A Spiritual Director is a person trained to sit with an individual or group as a listener to them and the Holy Spirit, the true director. The primary objective of the director is to listen, to ask questions, and help the directee pay attention to the movement and activity of God in their life.

Spiritual Direction is an ancient practice often described as Holy Listening. In direction, usually a 60-minute session, the Director listens as the Directee examines their life and pays attention to God’s movement in their story. This honest, unhurried, and confidential space provides a powerful container for a person to pay attention to what they are paying attention to and creates the conditions for healing and hope in their life and story.

Spiritual Direction is typically an ongoing and indefinite relationship between a Director and Directee, often companioning through a variety of seasons in life. Soul Care, is a more specific, solution based, and time bound engagement meant to cultivate specific outcomes.

Mercy and Justice practitioners are those who have committed their time and energy to the collaborating with God for the renewal of the world. This can work itself out in a variety of ways and will be most visible in under resourced communities, not for profit organizations, education, para church and church ministry settings. These are fee for service, solution based, time bound, and project oriented engagements meant to bolster and support organizations and individuals pursuing mercy and justice. Rates are flexible and negotiable based upon the needs, time, and availability for the engagement.
